Aaron        We’re very happy to be able to negotiate terms for this joint venture. Natalie      Yea. We’re also very excited about our future together. What’s the next step? Aaron        Now we need to outline the major milestones of the venture. I think that phase one should focus on relationship building. We need our two teams to build a relationship first. Natalie      Absolutely. From my perspective, phase two should accomplish three things. First, it should secure the capital. Second, acquire all the necessary permits from the government, and third, seek to purchase the land where we’ll build the manufacturing plant. Aaron        Exactly. Phase three should focus entirely on construction and phase four on staffing the plant and getting ready for operation. Natalie      When do you think we will be able to open the plant? Aaron        During project analysis, our experts forecasted that it would take at least one year to get to that point. Natalie      And when could we begin to see a return on our investment? Aaron        If we follow an aggressive schedule, we could see a return in three to five years. But, let’s not get ahead of ourselves. We have a lot of details to work out. Natalie      I agree. In my opinion, phase one should take no longer than one month. Aaron        I think that’s reasonable. It looks like we have a nice plan then.
