많은 사람들은 독감에 걸리면 병원을 찾지만, 저는 감기에 거의 걸리지 않기 때문에 그렇게 자주 병원을 찾을 일이 없습니다. 하지만 매년 건강 검진을 받습니다. 정기 검진을 받으러 가면 저는 통상적인 몇 가지 검사를 받습니다. 혈액과 소변 검사로 받고 혈압도 측정합니다. 몇 년 전에 배가 심하게 아팠던 적이 있습니다. 실은, 너무 아파서 걷지도 못할 지경이라 구급차를 불러야 했습니다. 저는 응급실에 실려 가서 몇 가지 검사를 받았습니다. 다행히도 심각한 것은 아니었습니다. 그냥 뭔가 잘못 먹어서 그랬습니다.

Many people visit the doctor because of the flu, but since I rarely catch a cold, I do not see the doctor that often. I do get a physical once every year though. At those regular check-ups I go through several routine checks, I have my blood and urine sample checked and also get my blood pressure measured. There was this one time a few years ago when I had a terrible stomachache. In fact, I couldn’t even walk because it hurt so much, so I had to call an ambulance. I went to the emergency room and went through some tests. Fortunately, it was nothing serious. It was just something I had eaten wrong
